Although galvanized steel plate has strong corrosion resistance, reasonable maintenance can still prolong its life:
Try to avoid long-term exposure to strong acid, alkali or high salt spray environment, if necessary, additional surface coating protection.
If there are scratches or small areas of rust, zinc-rich paint or zinc spraying technology can be used to repair to prevent the spread of rust.
In construction projects, smooth drainage should be ensured to avoid accumulation of water leading to premature damage of the zinc layer.
Ventilation should be enhanced during welding to avoid zinc vapors that are hazardous to human health. Excessive bending should be avoided during processing to prevent the zinc layer from falling off.
